Hey guys so I downloaded gimp so that maybe I could make gifs more often for this blog. Like there are a lot of places where I would THINK about animating a picture but it was just really impractical to make the images separately and then upload it onto a website and then saving the gif and having to reupload it to fix something and blah blah you get the idea

So I thought I could use gimp because that’s something you can do in gimp, right? animate things?

But seriously I have no idea how to use gimp to even draw but that doesn’t matter because I don’t wanna draw in gimp I wanna animate

But yeah I’m rambling does anyone know how to animate in gimp and give me a STRAIGHT FORWARD and SIMPLE answer? (I am easily confused)

((Hey everyone I have a question for you all!

Okay so I know I’ve been drawing Sollux’s teeth a certain way (#1) but recently when I looked at his sprite I IMMEDIATELY registered them to look like #2 and now I don’t know which way to draw them.

#1 is nice in that I think it better portrays the “twin” characteristic of Sollux and they mirror his horns nicely

But #2 is kinda dorkier which I think fits Sollux and I find them really cute! They’re kinda like buck teeth

So yeah I don’t know maybe I can hear some votes and opinions?))

((Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I am SO SORRY I haven’t drawn any responses in forever sorrysorrysorry

My only excuse is that I just really wanted to work on some of my own stuff and I wasn’t feeling it in me (you can tell I’m still not 100% if you look at my most recent response the art is junk ahahaasorry;;;) I could say I was being lazy or whatever but I hope you understand that I need some time away from this thing every now and again or else I will feel absolutely no drive to work on it! If I didn’t take these breaks I’d probably just delete this blog all together and you’d probably rather less frequent responses than the blog being deleted all together, right? <:3c

So yeah here are me saying my sorrys but I hope you all know that I’m not saying it won’t happen again. I will sort of disappear every now and again it’s just gonna be the way I run this blog I hope you don’t mind. If I don’t I’ll completely burn out and I would come to associate this blog with a deep loathing and no one wants that because I still like creeper Sollux!

So yeah I’ll probably do some small responses and a coupla big ones (some including Aradia I know you’ve all been waiting for that!) and then I might take a break again it depends on how I feel after I do all that.

But yeah just letting you guys know where I’ve been truth is I’ve been right here ahahah and yeah once again you should except these periods of no responding to come around time from time but as it stands I haven’t completely given up on working on this. So better for all of us if you just accept it now that I like to work on my own things some time and this blog won’t always be on my top priority sorry :> ))
